For this tutorial you will need:
Corel Paint Shop Pro X2. Download a trial version here

Supplies here
- Extract cmv_1218.PspGradient - cmv_2065.PspGradient to My Documents\My PSP Files\Gradients folder.
- Extract cm012_s000.PspScript to Documents\My PSP Files\Scripts-Trusted folder.
- Extract 25-cmv.bmp to My Documents\My PSP Files\Textures folder.
- Extract all files to a folder of your choice.
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and its tools. It was written using Corel Paint Shop Pro X2, but may be done with previous versions.
Note: When you open the cm012_s000.pspimage file you will see a blank canvas. It's not empty: it contains all the selections needed, saved to alpha channels.
Remember to save often.
Drop script by DynamicDrive

1. Open up cm012_s000.pspimage. Window - Duplicate (Shift + D). Close the original. In the Layers Palette, click on Raster 2. Layers - Delete. Make sure that Raster 1 is your active layer.
2. Set Foreground to Gradient. On the drop-list, choose cmv_2065, Style: Sunburst - Repeats: 0 - Invert: Unchecked - Center Point, Horizontal: 50 - Vertical: 50 and your Background to color #070000. Using the Flood Fill Tool, fill "Raster 1" with the gradient (left mouse button). Effects - Texture Effects - Texture, with these settings: Texture: 25-cmv - Light Color: #ffffff.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More.
3. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with background color (right mouse button). Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel - Selection #1 - Load. Edit - Clear (Delete Key). Selections - Select None (Ctrl. + D). Layers - Merge - Merge Down. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
4. Change your Foreground to #3e0001. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with foreground color (left mouse button). Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel - Selection #2 - Load. Edit - Clear (Delete Key). Selections - Select None (Ctrl. + D).
5. Set Foreground to Color #a50000 and your Background to color #ffffff. Layers - New Raster Layer. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel - Selection #3 - Load. Fill with foreground color (left mouse button). Selections - Modify - Contract: 2. Fill with background color (right mouse button). Effects - Texture Effects - Texture, with these settings: Texture: 25-cmv - Light Color: #ffffef.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen. Selections - Select None (Ctrl. + D). Image - Free Rotate (Ctrl. + R), Direction: Left - Free: 4,00 - All layers: Unchecked - Rotate single layer around canvas center: Unchecked.
6. Layers - New Raster Layer. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel - Selection #4 - Load. Fill with foreground color (left mouse button). Selections - Modify - Contract: 2. Fill with background color (right mouse button). Effects - Texture Effects - Texture, same settings as before. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen. Selections - Select None (Ctrl. + D). Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal: 0 - Opacity: 80 - Blur: 15 - Color: #3e0001.
7. Change your Foreground to Gradient. On the drop-list, choose cmv_1218, Style: Linear - Angle: 0 - Repeats: 1 - Invert: Checked. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with the gradient (left mouse button). Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise, Gaussian: Checked - Noise: 20% - Monochrome: Checked. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel - Selection #5 - Load. Edit - Clear (Delete Key). Selections - Select None (Ctrl. + D).
8. Open up cm012s-1.jpg. Edit - Copy (Ctrl. + C). On your working image: Layers - New Raster Layer. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel - Selection #6 - Load. Edit - Paste Into Selection (Ctrl. + Shift + L). Selections - Select None (Ctrl. + D). Layers - Merge - Merge Visible. Layers - Arrange - Send to Bottom.
9. Open up cm012s-2.pspimage. Edit - Copy (Ctrl. + C). On your working image: Edit - Paste as New Layer (Ctrl. + L). Layers - Arrange - Bring to Top.
10. On the Script toolbar, choose cm012_s000 / Category: Scripts-Trusted and click the Run Selected Script button.

Wait for all running scripts. File - Save (Ctrl. + S). File - Save (Ctrl. + S).
11. Open your Animation Shop. Open the file you've just saved. Edit - Select All (Ctrl. + A). Animation - Frame Properties (Alt. + Enter) - Display time (in 1/100th sec): 5. File - Save As: the_name_of_your_choice.gif.
